What we can and can't do

We use software-based tools — not a clean room. Here's what that means for you.

✅  We can often recover

  • → Accidentally deleted files and photos
  • → Files from corrupted or reformatted drives
  • → Data from drives that spin up but aren't readable
  • → Files from unresponsive USB drives and SD cards
  • → Data from old drives pulled from broken computers
  • → Partial recovery when full recovery isn't possible

ℹ️  Our limitations

  • → We don't have a clean room — physically damaged platters need a specialist facility
  • → Drives with severe mechanical failure (grinding, clicking) may be beyond software recovery
  • → Recovery is never guaranteed — the $150 analysis fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome
  • → Overwritten data generally cannot be recovered
